How To Earn Money!
Believe it or not, there are several legitimate ways to work from home and earn money on the Internet. You can sell your old (or new) things on eBay. You can design and develop websites for clients. You can telecommute and do customer service or technical support from the comfort of your home. You can also get paid to post on forums.. wait, what? Did you know that you can earn some extra money by sharing your thoughts on message boards? In this article, I will discuss a little information about these types of companies.
Step1 How to Earn Extra Money Online by Getting Paid to Post on Forums You’re getting paid to boost their (or their client’s) forums. These companies want you to populate the forum with posts. In other words, they want their message boards to be active. Consider this: You stumble across a forum with a specific topic that really interests you. Would you want to join a forum that has an active community or would you rather sign-up for a forum that rarely has new content? If you are like most users, you would prefer to join the community that is active. Have you ever been to a message board to ask a question… only to get no response? Incidents like this usually dissuade a user from coming back to that forum.
You’re getting paid to talk about that client’s particular niche or subject. Unfortunately, with most of these sites, you can’t just discuss anything that’s on your mind. So, if you are unfamiliar with a subject, a little research on the subject can be helpful. (Don’t let this scare you! Most companies will allow you to select the forums you would be comfortable in posting in.) For good websites, content is the key! This proves to be true with message boards. Paid to post companies are looking to you to post relevant content on their clients’ forums.
Requirements? Most of these companies have minimum requirements. This is to keep from having people sign up and post one word responses or thoughtless posts. Along with content quality, some companies recommend that your posts contain a minimum of 20 words. This isn’t hard to do, that’s roughly the equivalent of three sentences.
How often to post? This varies from company to company. Some companies have posting schedules such as posting 10 quality posts daily. Other companies require to have a minimum amount of posts for week, for example, creating 100 quality replies and/or new topics per week.
5Did you know there’s a trial period, too? Before you begin posting, most companies require that you create “trial posts” on their forums. You do this by replying to threads on their message boards, as well as creating topics of your own. Trial posting is not paid for. However, this is to see your writing style and to give a sample of what you can provide for their clients. If they like your writing, then they will add you to their team.
How much will I get paid? Most companies offer between $.08 to $.15 per post. It doesn’t look like a lot, but it does add up over time!
